Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data ServiceLine collects when you use this website, why the data is needed, and which rights you have.

Last updated: 6 August 2026

01

Who is responsible for your data

Data controller: ServiceLine LLC (TOV), Kyiv, Ukraine. Representative: Cherepnin Heorhii Serhiiovych.

For privacy questions, contact contact@serviceline.com.ua or call +380 98 159 36 55.

02

Data we collect

We receive information you voluntarily submit through our forms and limited technical data needed to operate and protect the website.

  • your name, phone number, email address, and inquiry submitted through the contact form;
  • your phone number and website language submitted through the callback form;
  • IP address, browser type, request time, and pages visited in hosting logs;
  • website interaction data through Google Tag Manager or another configured analytics service, but only after you consent.
03

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiries to respond, prepare an offer, and take steps before entering into a contract. Technical logs are used for security, stability, and abuse prevention based on our legitimate interests. Optional analytics operates only with your consent.

04

Cookies and analytics

The website stores your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or Plausible runs only after you select “Accept”, if that service is enabled.

You can reject analytics without losing website functionality and change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

05

Recipients and international transfers

Data is available only to providers needed to operate the website, such as hosting, email, and—after your consent—analytics providers. If a provider processes data outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area, legally recognised safeguards are used where required, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

06

Retention

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond, handle an order, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting configuration. Analytics data is retained according to the selected service’s settings or until consent is withdrawn. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

07

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask us to:

  • provide access to your data and a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data or delete it;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • provide portable data where applicable;
  • withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing;
  • allow you to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
08

Security and automated decisions

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Internet transmission cannot be completely secure, so we review our protections regularly.

Submitting a form is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot respond. The website does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

09

External links and changes

Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, and the shop lead to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. We may update this policy when the website, providers, or law changes; the current revision date appears at the top of this page.
